Performances:  The Arts Council works diligently at bringing an
array of diverse performers to the local area.  Past performances
have included soloist and group musicians demonstrating anything
from classical to bluegrass to pop music.  The Arts Council has also
brought in acts like Patricia Powell, which through a one-woman act
expose three great 19th century literary authors whose work broke
the mold of literary greatness.
College Community Arts Council consists of four main areas:
Kids Arts Day: Through Kids Arts Day, the Arts Council
brings a delightful experience of a variety of arts such as
making pottery, face painting and musical instruction to allow
everyone to discover the world of art first hand.  Professional
artists are brought to this exciting event to help guide
everyone through an informative and enjoyable art
experience.
Cultural Days:  While we may be a
rural area, the Arts Council makes
sure that we are continually staying
connected to our global community by
supplying the local community with
Cultural Days.  A more hands-on
experiential moment occurs as
everyone is invited into activities,
foods, and lectures which showcase
different cultures.  The end result is an
enjoyable time full of making
connections and learning new things
for all.
Collaboration:  In order to bring
diverse events and experiences to the
local communities, the Arts Council
collaborates with different
organizations for assistance with
supplying professional artists,
scholars, and musicians.  The Arts
Council has worked closely with Arts
Place, the Grand Lake Symphony,
Wright State and a variety of other
organizations  to make this possible.
